The room was absolutely clean. Nice bathroom with a nice small kitchen include fridge. Very cheap for room in Prague with lot of benefit. Also if you hire a ground floor it is a little bit noisy during night. You will hear how other residences slam with door during the night. Otherwise it was great. It worth to stay here because you have everything such a close. You don't need to take a bus or any other vehicles.

Fantastic value for a spacious apartment close to the heart of Prague city centre. Metro station is a few minutes walk. Nice restaurants and cafes nearby. Bed was comfy and the property was clean throughout.

Awesome location for a decent price. Service was quick and administration was easy. Did not experience any significant downside HOWEVER the walls are thin if.. you have a noisy neighbour (just as we could listen to our drunken asian ones singing and dancing after arriving home and before passing out..) you might find yourself in problem easily

Located in the old town of Prague, with fridge and basic cooking facilities, the hotel front desk is located in a different building, good value for money Check-in before 6 pm is required because hotel staff will leave after 6 pm.

Residence is a cosy silent place where I felt really comfortable and exactly in the middle of the city center.

Beautiful and large apartments near the center, with low prices. Strongly recommended

Where to begin....I have lots of good things to say and lots of bad things to say as well. First off, if you want to be picked up at the airport....make sure you tell them your flight details....they do not ask (or they didnt ask me) and I ened up taking the metro....with that being said it was easy to get to from there and a lot cheaper option. If booking on Expedia - check pick up prices with hotel as they are not correct on Expedia. This apartment was in a great location close to down town...and other important sites. Easy to get to as well. The apartment was clean.....but does need a good scrub down (dirty walls!!!! And dusty). I found the upstairs of our loft very hot, but luckily there was AC for the bottom part. I had asked for a room with two beds....and for them to provide that they just pulled out the roll out couch (which I thought was weird). The guy at the front desk was nice and helpful, a little different but he did book my friend a taxi for 6am the next day. If your looking for constant WiFi while you are there.....this apartment is the wrong place to go, it was constantly cutting in and out. Which is super annoying for foreign travelers. But overall had a good stay while I was there

We loved our stay at this place. Host was kind and very responsive. ** What we liked ** Location was perfect. We could go to many city center places on foot and Tram 5 Myslíkova station is about 3 minutes walk from the building. Lazarská and Novoměstská radnice stations are also about 5 minutes walk. There stops are served by a ton of trams going almost everywhere :) Air conditioning works well and definitely needed in summer. Fridge/freezer is big :) There is a safe in the room to keep your precious stuff. ** Area for improvement ** Wifi had some intermittent problems. Working on day 1 but in the night some issues. Day 2 morning it was fixed but in the night it occurred again. Host promised to get it checked, but we just used our mobile data (thankfully it was not an issue as there were no roaming charges for my EU based mobile phone)
