Ms Tanya was so accommodating and really helpful. I Love their stores. Easy to find. And nearby the big department store where u could get your refund instantly. I chose to get my refund on my credit card. And after 2 days, its in my credit card statement now. So quick transaction.
The receptionist is really nice. She recommended me the lightest check in luggage. :)
The store was excellent. We were looking for luggage recommendation and the shopkeeper was very helpful. She also explained in detail to us on how to get the tax refund (we are tourists visiting Prague). Overall, 5 stars for both the store and the service!
