The service on your Regiojet bus is absolutely terrible - impolite drivers who shout at customers - we're not in the PRL era anymore, just a brief reminder. The stewardess who was going with us from Ostrava to Vienna on the 05.01. (bus from Kraków) should change her job, because that one is obviously too complicated for her - her only interest during the whole journey was her smartphone. I was practically being ORDERED (completely understandable, since I'm a 5 year old child and not a grown up customer) to sit down right after entering the bus after a small stop. I didn't get the chance to undress but maybe it's a standard here to travel with your winter jacket on Another very logical thing is using the middle entrance for exiting the bus, when you're sitting in the front row just behind the driver - because you can't use the front one, when you try to, you get a very dangerous look from the stewardess and again she asks you (it feels like another order) to use the middle entrance - very comfortable, really. I travel a lot with bus, but never dealt with such rudeness and incompetence before. To sum it up - the bus is pretty comfortable but I definitely don't like to be treated like trash, so my money will be going somewhere else next time.
