Worst experience ever, I'm trying to contact someone from customer service because I seem to have a problem with my booking and no one answers, not through their site, their Twitter page, their email nor their Skype account. Hope someone reads and pays attention to it because I really need help with my reservation.

Unfriendly staff, not willing to help. Better to contact Lisabon.
Sneaky luggage fee politics. You pay 90 each way per bag, unless you have a special membership or purchase deal. Sneaky strategy and a mediocre service. I won't use them ever again. Their website is also misleading on the issue. Hard to get hold of a live person on the phone and arrogant attitude when finally talking to someone. Good bye TAP
Not worth it! Many hidden costs, poor provision of detail, and service with an attitude. Looked into reviews and read all info provided on TAP website prior to booking, still ended up paying the max cost for baggage. Call to book, then hopefully all the information needed will be provided.
Couldn't take the online system the price of the flight from my card - ALL other airlines could. Not working website, noone to call, they don't reply for emails.
V cervenci zruseny let a penize z vraceni v nedohlednu. Air tap nereaguje na zpravy a neni mozne se ani dovolat na linku v Portugalsku
TAP Portugal nikdy více. Nekomunikují, posílají neplatné vouchery, nikam se nedovoláte. Nikdo telefony nezvedá , na maily odpoví automat.
Nemá cenu ani volat, odkážou Vás ať voláte stejně do Lisabonu. Sami nic neudělají nebo nezjistí, přitom určitě můžou! Nechápu proč tedy ta pobočka vůbec je v Praze, to stejné si udělám skrze internet sám! Tap Portugal nikdy více!
