We visited The Artisan restaurant for sunday brunch. It was totally amazing. We tasted more than 15 meals in this menu. It is based on traditional czech ingredients, grown near Prague, but all the dishes are modern made. You can taste typical czech fish, soup or desserts, but on every plate you will find something unusuall and new. Eatable ash for example....combined with potatoes absolutelly delicious. Thanks for this experience.

Went for the Sunday brunch and went in with low expectations (hotel restaurant in Prague ...). I was blown away it was absolutely amazing. They have changed from buffet style to a degustation menu and it was amazing. Soooo much better than a buffet. The meals were really well thought out and executed. They had a novel candle made of lard with the švarky which was really cool. The oysters were super fresh and tasty. Everything was clean and the staff were really friendly. The price was approximately 1300 per person including drinks and I think it was amazing value (possibly even too cheap). It starts at 12 and finishes at 3, we got there at 1 and left at 3:30 and were absolutely stuffed. Next time I would go earlier and take my time. Would definitely go here again and take my friends here especially if they keep with the degustation lunch menu rather than buffet.
Fantastická restaurace plna prekvapeni. Tatarak vam pripravi pred ocima vcetne jako nasekani masa, je libo steak? Vyberte si vlastni nuz z jejich nabidky. Naprosto dokonale, jidlo z lokalnich surovin fantasticke a obsluha Petr, klobouk dolu!
Skvělý brunch, určitě rád zavítám znovu.
