If it was possible, I would give there call center in Prague no star at all. Already 4 days trying to call them but no answer yet. A real reason not to fly Turkish anymore
No response for via request form within 3 days. Very poor customer service via phone and bad English. During the check-in process, I found out that they don't accept my nationality for some mysterious reason (I'm a Czech) and I was unable to board my plane.
They didn't answer my phone call for 3 days! I was obliged to go there just for a simple question. That's a real shame. When I asked them why they didn't answer the phone, they simply said the telephonist has gone! Unbelievable!
They have changed our flight and we had to wait 10 hours at the airport.Via email they promised Istanbul tour but at the airport we have been told that tour started 8:30 and next is too late to be back on time at the airport (we still have slmost 9 hours to wait). Nobody helped us, they was sending us from hotel desk to information and from information to denied flight and nobody was able to tell as what to do. Service unbelieveble horrible! I have tried to ask for compensation but all what they sent have been just s few totaly formal and unsympathetic messages that they're just unable to offer any kind of conpensation. I was thinking to comunicate with robot. This is was our very last flight with Turlish Airlines.
They are closed. No information, the girl on the door (not employed by Turkish airlines) said \maybe next month?
I’m stunt by how things work here by Turkish airlines staff! I wish I could give 0 star here even that will be too much for the staff members on duty for flight number TK 1772 ( ground supervisor and check in staff )!! No customers experience yet no customers service!! They needs lots of training especially way of communicating customers. I’m Not happy Turkish Airlines!! Get people that they do their job correctly by going Turkish airlines policy and procedures!
