Have been here a couple of times between 1993 and now. Place is still very good. We had dinner in a packed courtyard. Almost all other diners were local. We enjoyed pork knuckle and sausage. Perfect. And of course, the beer is lovely.

It was OK, not many tourist as expected, which was great. Food was good quantity and nice. Prices compare to London... But service is really nice!!

This place is very big and beautiful. The food is traditionally and good. Unfortunately they have just one type of beer ( dark) but it's yummy. I don't like the service ! They are so fast that they want to took your plate even when you are not Finished. On the first Friday of the month there is cabaret, that's a nice entertaining when you are eating ;-)

The place was really nice, we could had our lunch at the courtyard while listening the accordion musician. Food wasn’t that great or that cheap but was affordable and came in good proportions. Beer was really good though and we had a nice time.

We decided spontaneously to eat here. In a group of 8 people it was perfect. The rooms are big and many people fit in there. That's why the backround noises can be a bit loud. But nevermind, the ambience is nice and cozy. Regularely the waiter brings a tray full of beer and delicious homemade honey-booze and you can just grap another one. The meals are sufficient and delicious as well. We had a good time.

Historical place with a fabulous atmosphere. Lovely garden area and delicious food at reasonable prices.

As with any other, there are things that could be improved here, but it’s not about just the food, you are buying an experience. Being one of the oldest breweries and a waiter coming to your table with beers and a man playing accordion while eating a delicious (huge) pork knuckle is something. Full of locals. Highly recommended.

Food was delicious and reasonably priced. Beer brewed on site (a dark lager) went really well with the food and was easy to drink. However, the service was very slow and because we were in a room in the back it seemed to take a while for any of our drinks to get topped up. Still worth a visit, but a bit of a tourist trap.
