Service level went down. Rude assistants just put stickers on labels without a single help, clothes needs to be carried through the store (new rule after Covid apparently), and the cashier did not care at all and was cold. For such an overpriced store, you at least expect some level of service.

Awesome sale selection! If you're willing to look through lots of cloths you could find some awesome deals. It's not H&M cheap, but they carry really nice brands and if you catch them on sale you can get great deals. Also, very clean and organized as far as department stores go.

I am giving one star because it was my first experience at this store.The line to the cashier took more than 15minutes...the staff doesn't speak the basic english as I saw several time during my permanence in this store...and when u ask them do u have Poloshirts (in czech language) the answer was (in czech) just here and when I asked if there are some other polo shirts at the first floor the answer was :yes but only branded and it is much more expensive than the our one here downstairs.oh no! I would't say that...who decides what is expensive or not expensive for me? I was looking for poloshirt thats it.

They have huge collection of formal clothes maybe the biggest in Prague. They also have educated stuff who can help even such a fashion ignorant person like me. Their suggestion were always met with praise from me fashion educated colleagues.

Decent building l with a decent selection of designer outlets inside. Also good for claiming tax back if you live in Switzerland or outside the E.U.

A kind of mall that was missing in Prague, especially because it offers brands such as Opus, S. Oliver, Marie Lund ect. Biut the last time I was forced to use their toilets at the second floor and I was horrified, is that how the toilets in a mall should look like? (See the photos) I would kindly ask the manager for immediate remedy!
