I have never been there personally I just send there clothes. The driver is always very nice and the cleaning is perfect. Never damaged anything, unlike other cleaners. And the price is better with the delivery than when i take my clothes here to a mall cleaners.
We sent three pair of trousers to clean some coffee stains and massage oil but nothing changed after cleaning. Also it took them 15 min to find them. Better try a different dry cleaning
Worst experience ever in Europe. Firstly it's expensive. Okay it's fine maybe it's about the general price level in Prague, I don't care if the clothes are cleaned properly. However, it's unacceptable that the clothes look even worse after the washing. Many yellow stains appear on my clothes. Not to mention the rude attitude of the staff.
What's wrong with Prague dry cleaners?! My Czech GF explicitly pointed to stains that needed cleaning and asked the staff to mark them, which they refused saying: We'll make a note in our system about that. Sure enough the stains were ignored and not cleaned. My GF then bought a product in a grocery store and the stains vanished.... Save your time and money pals!
This business is situated next to two big hotel chains, yet when I went to ask in English (I'm just a visitor) about having some laundry done I was waved away because I did not speak Czech. Maybe think about where you locate your business if you're going to be rude to tourists.
Staff not very helpful or friendly, cleaning average, expensive but turnaround prompt.
