This notary could not postpone our visit per one day due to leaving on the vactaion. We asked him to give us our documents that we leaved there one day before but he refused it and he demanded fee for his wasted time - no documents was issued or sign by him and no registration in other offices, just 10 minutes conversation. At the moment he is keeping our official documents which he do not have rights to! We strongly do not recomend using his office.
