Best hostel I've ever been in. I've already been here twice and I'm pretty sure that I'll come here again in the near future.

We had an amazing time here. Ian, the host, was super nice and even invited us to a traditional Czech Christmas dinner! (Christmas hedgehog included...ask about the Christmas hedgehog :) ). We definitely plan to come back to Olomouc and already know where we are staying. 10/10 recommend for either solo travellers or couples!

The atmosphere and service were simply wonderful. The place was clean, quiet and very cozy. The attendants were very attentive, helpful and gave great recommendations. We even got treated to some pancakes and bacon for breakfast one morning which was great! I would definitely recommend this hostel due to the service and its close proximity to the city center.
Fantastic welcome at short notice from the team. Nice cosy (private) room and a very friendly vibe. Some nice home made chilli sauce came out for Mexican night which was great :)
I just want to say that I'm the M. the manager talked about few monthes ago. When I proposed him to come back and discuss about what I consider to be lies and slanders, he reported me to the police. I'm 1m87 tall but weigh just 70 kilos... If I really did what he says, I want him and the person that I have supposedly harrassed to file a complaint against me by the book. All the sms and mails between this person and me, all the testimonies from customers I stayed in touch with are ready. And so I will have the opportunity to talk about the cruel railleries he used to make on me, the pressure on customers for them to drink alcohol, the lies like "the hostel is full starting from tomorrow" when a customer is just a little whimsical or different and wants to extend his stay, the obligation for volunteers and employees to lie and reject local people when they ring at the door and don't speak a perfect english. Etc. Etc.
Stayed here for 3 nights. From the very beginning felt welcome in the place by the staff who were so friendly and helpful. it is a very small and cozy hostel, the homey feeling is guaranteed! Location is also fantastic, super close to the old town (3-4 minutes walk to the upper square!). You will not feel lonely here as the place is small (yet has a nice kitchen and common area) so making friends and hanging out for a drink is easy! Overall a charming hostel which I'd absolutely recommend to anybody traveling to Olomouc!
One of the best hostels I stayed in. Great location and facilities. The place is cozy, yet social. The owner Ian is incredibly friendly and helpful. Recommended!
