Because of medical reasons we were forced to cancel a day of camping. We mailed personal medical details to the contact email on the website as we would be on de camping for two more days. I took two weeks for the camping to reply. Initialy we would get the money back, but because of some personal reasons of the staff the money could not be returned. Ms Martina Dominova is the mayor of Pasohlavky and is in charge of refunding money but finds all sorts of silly reasons not to refund. In my eyes this is stealing. Nice camping, but don't book for a long stay. You will not get your money back under any circumstance. You can better add days as you are there.

Great, you can enjoy many activities, and wouldn't get bored. Also it is much cheaper than Aqualand next door and more fun for sure. Loving it!
