Shop closed for more than half an hour in the middle of the day

I have bought Xmas gifts here and the employees insisted on wrapping the presents, saying it is "included in the price". The receipt showed completely different items (and prices!) than what I truly bought, which is something I found out once giving out the gifts that turned out to include other products - turned out, the vendors have changed the content. Though it's to an extent my fault that I haven't checked twice what I was being sold, WATCH OUT. I expected better, especially considering the prices.

Dlouho jsem nepotkal takto arogantní obsluhu a neochotnou obsluhu. Nejen, ze nam behem 20 minut strávených v obchodě nikdo nepřišel poradit ale při placení jedna z prodavacek byla drza na moji přítelkyni jen z duvodu ze nemluvi anglicky a chtela uplatnit slevu na kterou mela jako clen klubu narok. Radši jsme odesel těsně před placením a jel vse nakoupit na Anděl aby tyto dámy neměli ani korunu. Plánovaná útrata 6-8k. Předpokládám, že z pobocky v Palladiu většina zákazníků odchází nastvanych stejně jako pan který si před námi také stezoval ze mu nikdo neporadí.
