I would not recommend to visit their store in Palladium. Yesterday I was there and was not allowed to try on the earrings I was interested in. I mean how else am I supposed to know if they look good on me? And it is not like the earrings were made of sold or silver, it was just a jewelry. The sales assistant was pretty rude and clearly was eager to finish her shift and leave. In total I’ve never had a good assistance in Orsay, whenever I visit their store in Novy Smichov, their assistance ladies look at me like I am a burglar or do they look like that at every foreigner. To sum up, do not visit Orsay stores, not worth it.

It’s a good retail chain which sells clothes and accessories for women only. This shop in Palladium is not big, but it has a decent selection of office and casual clothes (often designed in very nice colors), you can also find some accessories and bags. As the space is limited, this shop is packed with things, so it is a bit difficult to move around. The shop assistants are friendly and helpful.

Ho comprato per la prima volta in questo negozio la settimana scorsa, non sapevo cosa avrei trovato in questa catena, non avendocela in Italia. Prima di partire per Praga, sono andata a vedere nei nomi delle catene d'abbigliamento del centro commerciale Palladium, quale negozio avesse uno stile molto simile al mio. Sono entrata in diversi siti web di moltissime marche di cui non sapevo l'esistenza e all'interno del sito web di orsay, ho trovato diverse cose carine che avevo intenzione di provare una volta arrivata in questo negozio. Non ho trovato proprio quello che cercavo, però tra le mie liste c'era un abito che mi piaceva e che poi ho preso.
