Salanga is a small-medium enterprise (SME) providing capacity building, advisory and technical expertise to non-profit, academic and public sector organizations and institutions. Salanga was created by group of enthusiastic people motivated to build the capacities of organizations and individuals working in international development, humanitarian aid and social work. The Salanga team is group of over 20 professionals from the Czech Republic, Canada, Australia, Rwanda and Mongolia working in the global north and south. Salanga also works with reputable experts from various spheres – including aid workers, scientists, engineers, specialists from the armed forces and other technical experts. These experts provide training and advisory to our partners and share their in-depth knowledge of their field. Salanga has two main offices – in Pilsen, Czech Republic (EU) and in Ottawa, Canada – with projects in over 20 countries in Asia, Africa, North America and Europe. Mission Salanga delivers training, consultancy, and support to organizations that address poverty, malnutrition, health issues, social exclusion and the effects of climate change impacting communities and individuals around the world. We believe in true partnerships and aim to guide our partner organizations to achieve their goals, preserve their principles and become stronger and more accountable to their target communities and donors. We believe that any organization can effectively measure its impact and deliver high-quality results while keeping their employees safe. It is a constant journey for all organizations, regardless of their size or location, and we are proud to join them on this journey – to help promote best practices, share lessons learned and uphold ethical principles in their work.
