Everything was fine during the car rental, but after 3 months I started getting fines for traffic violations, that we've allegedly made during our rental period. These fines were so poorly documented without any photo, just a document written all in Italian without explanation. One of the fines was parking in a restricted area, which I know was not true because there wasn't any traffic signs stating this, even when I looked on Google Maps and sent them back the photo of the stated parking lot, they told me to contact the authorities once I recieve the official documents from the Italian police (which I didn't recieve ever since). They are taking money from my account and not even answering to my e-mals, or when they do, it's just the excuse stated above! If anyone has any experience with this and how to resolve it, please let me know! For my part, biggest disappointment, Autovia never again!

Dobrá firma příjemný personál a hlavně ochotný....
Náš už třetí přívěs od této firmy. Vždy maximální spokojenost. Obrovská výhoda oproti konkurenci je, že mají téměř všechny přívěsy skladem ihned k odběru.
Mohu vrele doporucit zejmena oddeleni nahradnich dilu kde jsem se v posledni dobe naucil nakupovat a to predevsim zasluhou pana Suchanka ze skladu. Jeho fundovane a ochotne jednani je velkym prinosem pro tuto firmu. Velice ho chvalim! Pamatuji si ze kdyz jsem pred hodne lety u teto firmy kupoval novy vlek (100k) tak jsem se uplne jako 'vazeny zakaznik' necitil. Nyni i malou objednavkou 'za par tisicovek' tento pocit mam.Takze diky za to.A at se Vam i cele firme dari.
Před časem jsem kupoval hliníkové nájezdy, obsluha z prodejny mi dobře poradila, jsem spokojený.
Zaměstnanci doplňků nepříjemní už nikdy více škoda jinak pěkná firma.
Velice doporučuji, na servisu vám servisní technik se vším poradí, vybere s vámi díly a na vše upozorní
