They all feature long term profitability, high value added and strong cash flow generation ability and experienced management team with sufficient width and depth of capabilities. In the current environment of excessive liquidity and low returns on capital, the Fund offers an attractive alternative for placing available funds to work in return for an above-the-average long term return.
