The ARETE investment group was set up around the ARETE INVEST investment fund, which invested in commercial and residential properties through its sub-funds. The first sub-fund, ARETE INVEST CEE, investing in residential properties, ended its investment cycle in 2017. The second sub-fund, ARETE INVEST CEE II, investing in industrial properties, was established in the first quarter of 2016. A new fund, ARETE INDUSTRIAL SICAV, was established in the second quarter of 2019. The strategy of the fund is built to invest into completed industrial properties and to develop new production and logistic parks. The fund’s portfolio will therefore include not only completed income generating industrial parks but also land plots for further development. The ARETE group now includes the ARETE INVEST fund and its sub-fund ARETE INVEST CEE II and the newly established ARETE INDUSTRIAL SICAV fund. Both funds are funds for qualified investors only. To become an investor in our fund, you have to be a qualified investor as specified by § 272 of the Act no. 240/2013 Coll., on management companies and investment funds, as amended.
