Sorry for the bad quality of the video. ------------------------------------------------------------- These is a review from Hamburg GER Aug 2020. Tank is 250/70/60 and just finished. I am very happy with the Rocks from ARStone. All parts of delivery (very quick), handling and modelling are pretty good. Nice communication with the employees from ARStone. The Result is incredible. The price performance is more than OK. Just look the result! Yeah!

ALL BAD REVIEWS ARE NOT FAKE, ARSTONE EVEN BLOCKED ME ON FACEBOOK, SO THEY WON'T GET BAD FEEDBACK THERE, HOW SHAME YOU SHOULD BE STATING THAT FEEDBACKS ARE FAKE, IT IS NOT FAKE, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE!!!!! arstone.eu is overcharging customers, the price of 200cmx60cm alimar background price on their website is 438.00 euros and delivery to Ireland is 25.00 euros(total 463.00 euros), however they have sent me a price with shipping included total 553.00 euros so i was charged an extra 90.00 euros. Also arstone.eu is stating that the only currency they accept is euros, but on their online shop they accept USA dollars and Great Britain pounds sterling!!?? This company is based in Czech republic and do not accept Czech republic crowns???? Only euros. When added extra rocks it was a new extra charge for rocks again 25.00 euros. Be careful , do not trust arstone.eu

I will start with question as it's really funny : After offering free rock worth 80.00 euros you have refused to sell products to a customer who is willing to spend 780.00 euros just because PayPal took 2% (15.00 euros) charges for currency exchange,, is it really worth?? I hope it does !! I wanted to buy 3d background for my aquarium and a few rocks and I have asked for a deal if I buy all together. I was offered a free rock witch is very nice. They send me a bill for 750.00 euros and I asked if I can pay for it with credit card. I was told no, but offered to pay by PayPal but I have to pay the fees 3%,(it should be paid by seller). However I accepted to pay through PayPal total of 780.00 euros. I have paid and my payment was declined by Arstone stating that they will not accept their own country currency because PayPal took 2% by converting from euros. Instead of finding solutions with customer (me), arstone was keep on asking if I want to cancel my order and that it is my fault and as a new customer I had to know that this company witch is based in Czech Republic, do not accept their own currency, they only accept EUR. Very unprofessional, no interest to deal with customers at all, they refused to sell their products because of 2% fees that PayPal took by converting currency . I do not recommend to have business with this company!!!!!!! There's other companies that will wait for you with open arms. UNPROFESSIONAL, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL! !!
