Horrible customer service! I booked the city games prague as a birthday gift for my friend. Due to Corona we couldn't visit Prague as planned. Since I had already paid the game, I asked for a refund or a voucher. They were not responsive and I had to chase them over MONTHS and despite the confirmations that I would get my money back I didn't receive anything. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

Awesome new way to explore the famous places in Prague! :) You can either chase the time or enjoy many possible breaks during the game and have a coffee or a beer :) visited with couple of friends and I already bought a gift voucher to my family :)
