The Metropolitan Cathedral of Saints Vitus, Wenceslaus and Adalbert is a Roman Catholic metropolitan cathedral in Prague, the seat of the Archbishop of Prague. Until 1997, the cathedral was dedicated only to Saint Vitus, and is still commonly named only as St. Vitus Cathedral. This cathedral is a prominent example of Gothic architecture and is the largest and most important church in the country. Located within Prague Castle and containing the tombs of many Bohemian kings and Holy Roman Emperors, the cathedral is under the ownership of the Czech government as part of the Prague Castle complex.Cathedral dimensions are 124 by 60 metres (407 ft 197 ft), the main tower is 102.8 metres (337 ft) high, front towers 82 metres (269 ft), arch height 33.2 metres (109 ft).

The church is magnificent both in architectural style and strategic location. It is within the Prague Castle complex where you can explore and admire the remarkable and rich history of the city. The exterior is beautiful and the interior is even more exquisite with intricate designs. Keep your ticket because you will need it to enter the different attractions within the complex. Close to the area also, is a viewing platform for a nice panoramic view of Prague.
Beautiful architecture, marvellous piece of art work all over the place. Well maintained and preserved.
Massive cathedral with extraordinary detail. It is just mind blowing that people actually managed to build such thing. It’s so complex and enormous! Truly mesmerising. My phone couldn’t fit the whole size of the cathedral. It was huge, honestly. Beautiful though. You have to visit the castle and see St. Vitus cathedral! Highly recommended.
This is a beautiful church a must visit if you go to Prague castle. The architecture and interior and exterior design is a work of genius one can only truly appreciate if you see it in person. 5/5 me the ticket for Prague castle for family it 750 krns so very reasonable ticket price.
The stained glass is beautiful. Among them, Mucha's stained glass After all it was by far the most sparkling.

Lovely place and a must see when you go to Prague! I would avoid weekends as it gets REALLY crowded. You need to buy a ticket at the info center beforehand.
