Climb the tower on the East side. It is one of the oldest original gothic buildings in Europe. (14th c.). One of many towers in Prague that can be climbed. There are nice, simple history exhibits. The views are amazing. Tower hours vary, but in summer it appears to be 10am to 10pm. Go up the stairs to buy a ticket.

Great view, always electrifying with tourists. Great feeling at an historical landmark. To reach this tower we walk though the culture of the Prague, and old historical constructions. The view of this and from this in different seasons give different feelings and one will definitely carry great memories back with them. There are many historical landmarks which can be seen from this tower to the bridge, castle, Churches, gardens. The boating from below this tower is a splendid feeling and cherish the olden times of great city. I would recommend in summer and Winter to see the live beauty of city. Also, the morning and evening sunsets are a must watch from here.
The tower is located on the Old Town side of Charles Bridge. It is quite an imposing sight since it looks like it stands there like a sentinel. The statues and carvings on the tower is quite amazing. There are also interesting murals on the roof of the tower. The area around it is also really nice. There is a great view of Prague Castle on the side of the tower. You also get a nice view of the bridge itself as it crosses the river. Well worth the visit particularly if you're going over Charles bridge anyway.
Good price and absolutely stunning views! Definitely recommend. If you can go up at sunset that would be really pretty, but it was still awesome in the late afternoon.
I went up here twice and I’ll do it again and again. It’s a great attraction to enjoy the Prague from the top. You can see most of Prague’s attractions from here. The journey up is not that tiring. Take it easy and you’ll reach the top. This is the best place to take pictures of Charles Bridge. There’s a small museum of at the base of the tower. It’s just a side experience. You can skip it if you’re only after the panoramic views of Prague.
All Prague historical monuments are wonderful. Prague is city of hundred of towers, a magical city with outstanding atmosphere.
It was a great visit up in the tower. I met some nice people. Great view in all directions. You can go around on the outside. The inside is also interesting about the history of the tower.
Very nice views! Attention: at the sunset some people just take the place over - they stay there with the cameras and do not let anyone else to enjoy the view. One needs to be pushy :)But the views are incredible! Worthy going up the narrow staircase!
