I have a small bracelet issue , doctor only should repair the glue it is not even require extra effort. I just called them , they are not accept because I am not their patient? SORRY BUT EVEN IF YOU ARE WILLING TO PAY , THEY ARE NOT ACCEPT. NOT RECCOMMENDED! I cannot get it what kind of person they are, I really need help , they refused. Bravo!

Hello! I am so satisfied with a clinic and team, especially a big thanks for doctor Aizhan, she was coming to the clinic even if I was the only patient. All of the equipment are new and clean. Receptionist are polite, and always trying to make a soonest appointment if you need. The price a bit higher then in other clinics, but the result is worth it!
During 2019 I was offered a treatment plan for 9 months and in total it was going to cost me 54.000 czk. Unfortunately meanwhile I lost my mom and couldn’t start the treatment. After 11months break I decided to start my treatment again and they said I need a new consultation, which I had appointment with another doctor this time. So I went and ended up with a total different plan, saying I actually need 1,5 years treatment and should pay 90.000 czk! I was so confused and asked my doctor from last year to come in and explain this to me, how is it possible that the new treatment plan can be a longer period when there is no change in my teeth (which they also confirmed). They discussed outside for sometime and when she came in I could see she was uncomfortable with the situation, and ofcourse she also changed her statement and said yes you need a long treatment. And then the worse was they blamed it on the coordinator who I discussed the cost last year. Which I asked wait a minute, is the coordinator deciding the length of my treatment or my doctor?! Then my doctor said ofcourse I decide it, but I don’t know what you talked to her. And they actually had the treatment plan from last year in their records too. Anyways, lastly I asked, “so are you telling me that if I started my treatment last year, I was going to end up with a wrong and bad treatment plan?!” I could see my doctor was very uncomfortable and didn’t know what to say. I totally lost my trust in them as I am not sure if they are doing this for more money or they are incapable of making the correct treatment plan for people. Both ways, this is horrible. I am very much disappointed with this and they didn’t even care to try to explain or convince me on why and how this could have been happened. (Btw they said I could still have the short one if I want but they should trim some of my teeth!! And this time the cost would be 67.000czk, I mean guys are you hearing what you are saying !!??) I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
I am very satisfied with the treatment. My teeth very changed after the process in a positive way.
My girlfriend has bracelet issue , she need urgent assistant but when we called them they refused directly , because of she is not their patient. It’a not make sense, I AM NOT RECOMMENDED. Please find and look different clinic.
Perhaps my best decision in my life! Invisilign is the perfect way to straighten your teeth today. I solved my crooked teeth problem! It took me about 2 years, but the result is worth it! I want to note the convenience and beauty of the aligners themselves, their invisibility. None of my friends have ever noticed them on my teeth, while I myself did not tell. For me, this was an important condition, because I did not want to wear iron braces in my mouth. Next very big plus is less frequent check-ups at the clinic. One visit every three months is very convenient. The clinic staff is always very friendly, attentive. I can safely recommend the clinic!
Doctors were very nice and helpful, always advised and explained everything. The nurses were very polite. At the reception they always tried to meet me and find out exactly the term that suited me. Excellent team and experience from start to finish! They took the time to discuss everything that was important for me when starting and showed their expert experience. At every visit we discussed the treatment and options and got great results! They were able to accommodate my schedule at the end of treatment and even went further to help! They are highly, highly recommended!
