Same thing I order black cotton and after I paid by card, nobody pick up the phone for weeks, old komunistic method
like
good location, easy to reach, Just next to Koh-inoor tram stop. With such a small shop, its amazing they have lots of varieties everything for knitting, sewing and such. My Czech speaking abilities was tested here and the woman seems accommodating and helpful. The place is tidy as well.
Worst communication experiences ever, like in the komunizm, never again.

It’s such a small shop, and the typical Czech customer service prevails, unhelpful, unfriendly, and not exactly polite. It’s a standard in Prague, so perhaps this is okay for Czechs.

2 hvězdičky jsou jen za sortiment (a to dost mizerný), ceny taky nic moc. Personál hrůza hrůz! Když tam jdu náhodou pro nitě (ooravdu jen v krajní nouzi-nic blíž nemám), musím čekat, až se uráčí mezi sebou vykecat. O kyselých obličejích ani nemluvě. Nechápu, když tu práci nemaji rády, proč tam stále jsou?
