Never ever ever EVER buy anything from this online shop. I purchased one item almost 1,5 monthq ago. They sent a defective item, then after contacting them a few times to ship the item back their return and refund process took 2 weeks for them to "start". They had booked the pickup without sending me a return label or informing me. I asked for a refund which STILL hasn't happened despite several calls and whenever I call, no one has any clue of what's going on. Their customer service people are polite but they don't do anything and even when they promise to follow up, they don't follow up. I will never buy here again or recommend them to anyone. It is literally the worst experience I've ever had with an online shop and I am considering taking legal action against this company.

Good selection of products. However they completely screwed up my delivery, stating on their website that I have two delivery addresses. Whilst I waited for the package I was unsure of where it would end up, and to no surprise they sent it to the wrong place. Also after sharing this issue with them through a message service on their website they still didn't get back to me. NOT HAPPY!
Professional service. Came and picked up a classical guitar set I reserved beforehand with no problems.

Bol som si vyzdvihnut zasielku z e-shop-u. Predajca bol mily a ochotny. Aj problem so zasielkou a bez problemov. E-shop horsie, neposlali sms (na slovenske cislo to fakt technicky nejde, ze) a ani mail o doruceni, dovolat sa trvalo dlho, nakoniec sme sa dohodli.
Online diesen High End Wandler bestellt. Wie versprochen nach 3 Tagen geliefert. Gute Kommunikation. Problemloser Einkauf Empfehlenswert
