Svancara Ladislav - An absolute disgrace of a car salesmen. Was rude and arrogant to me and my partner the whole way through discussions with him. We asked if we could reserve the car on Monday, to which we were told he can only do until the evening because if someone comes with cash he will sell it. We then put the car into a service to ensure what we were buying was safe / reliable. After the tests came back there were many faults with the car and as any normal person would we asked if there was a possibility to discount the car. He informed us he would have to ask his boss and then the next day he informs us the car is is on reservation until Friday for someone else and tells us that we weren't interested in the car. Also funny how he can reserve the car for 48 hours for someone else but not even one day for us! I can't comprehend this behaviour. Avoid at all costs!

Petra was least helpful customer representative to face any potential customer. I understand there is a communucation gap as my czech is bad.but so far i have survived 2 years. Her body language and dislikable face expression are enough to put you off. Sorry guys I heard better things about you surely disappointed.
