Good equipment for rent. However the rental process and agreement is flawed. If you turn in equipment early you will not get a refund for the days that you paid for. The reason for this is because “policy says that another customer would not have been able to use since you rented it for that period,” or at least this was what I was told. I have rented from Alpsport and Hudy, neither have this policy if you need your equipment for flexible dates and slightly lower prices.

Dcera v minulosti využila půjčovnu, byla spokojená, já jsem kupovala bundu přes e-shop, zvolila jsem špatnou velikost, a musela jsem měnit. Výměnu jsem řešila v nové prodejně v Hloubětíně, poblíž se dá bez problému zaparkovat, personál velmi vstřícný, příjemný a kompetentní. Jsem nadmíru spokojená.
Bohužel to byl poslední nákup, obchod 19.6.20 po letech končí... Škoda
