I am quite fond of Ugo Salaterie, but this is a disgrace. The place is way too small to be serving salads. Plus, the staff are confused, the portions are considerable smaller, and presented on plastic (!) plates, so the overall experience is far from other Ugo salateries. They should either stick with smoothies and to-go snacks, or move to a larger space. Otherwise it cannot work.

All served in plastic, even if you are eating at the place...... Plates, glasses,forks,knives......
The portions are small. The staff is not nice to customers and it is being served i plastoc and paper. But the soup was good. Salad was really bad.
I’ve been in many Ugo restaurants with great satisfaction, but in a place with no space for eating there shouldn’t be serving salads. Here salads are served in non eco-friendly plastic plates, it’s like night and day. I didn’t get a bill/ticket, which is illegal, and I was confused what I was supposed to do after paying. I don’t recommend eating here.

Předražené ceny navíc neschopná obsluha objednáte si tam noky s masem zaplatíte za maso přijdete domů a zjistíte, že vám dali noky, ale bez masa, když se mi tohle stalo začala jsem si to hlídat ještě že jsem tak učinila jelikož to bylo opakovaný takže jsem musela vrátit jídlo s tím že mi tam paní nedala maso, ale po dnešku už tam nehodlám chodit nikdy koupila jsem si salát caesar a nemohla jsem uvěřit tomu co jsem si přinesla do práce pár lístků salátu čtvrtku vajíčka o sušených rajčatech ani památky a to nemluvím o pamezánu fakt odbytý salát který odpovídal cenovce max 50,- Kč já zaplatila 135,- Kč za opravdu nic navíc ta slečna mi ani nedala slevu, když jsem ji sdělila, že mám slevovou kartu, zřejmě pospíchala jelikož tam na ní čekal přítel. Nedoporučuji!!!!
Obsluha strašná, polívka studená a salát Caesar no znám lepší.
Když jsem viděla objednaný salát tak jsem nevěděla zda si někdo nedělá srandu. Za tu cenu absolutně neodpovídající porce a kvalita taktéž hrozná. Rádoby ceasar salát s tvrdou cizrnou, sušené rajče jsem nepotkala, kuřecího tři mini kousky a povadlý salát. Znovu pokoušet nebudu.
