If I could give more than 5 starts I would!! I had upper and lower lid surgery only 3 weeks ago and I am absolutely thrilled with the results. Dr Cerns is amazing and a very skilled surgeon who knows precisely what to do with each patient. She is very kind and genuine and put me at ease very quickly. She understood what I wanted and has done just that! I had absolutely NO PAIN following surgery and have not experienced any adverse affects at all. My left eyes is healing slightly slower than the right but 3 weeks is a very short time and the thing to remember is: Your eyes are sisters - not twins :) I used to hold my eyebrows up all the time to take the heaviness away and now I my world feels much brighter and my eyes more open. Radana and all the staff and nurses at the clinic are so caring and attentive and could not have looked after me any better. The apartment is beautiful and spotlessly clean and has everything you could need. The nurses came to see and the others patients me every day following surgery to check on us and I saw Dr Cerna almost every day after my surgery too, which is priceless. I was given a mobile phone with preset numbers should I need to contact the clinic staff. What more could you want? From being picked up at the airport to having the stitches out and flying home, I could not have felt more at ease. Plus a huge bonus is that you get to see the beautiful city too! I would highly recommend this clinic and if I want further surgery, I won't hesitate to come back. Thank you Laderma!!

I cannot praise Dr Cerna and her wonderful all female team enough. The professionalism and complete care that I and my fellow patients have received, has surpassed all of my expectations. I came here for breast reduction surgery after many years of plucking up the courage to do so. I came with a friend for support, but this is not always necessary, as there is always someone at the end of a phone, or in the clinic during the day. Nothing is a problem that can't be solved, and I can truly say that I would never consider having my treatment done anywhere else. Highly, highly regarded. I would welcome anyone to find better treatment, and cost. The accommodation is of an extremely high standard, and it is well positioned for everything you need whilst staying in Prague. Radana, the clinic manager is an absolute joy to deal with, and Veronique and the other nursing staff are absolute superstars! One week after my breast reduction surgery, I am feeling so thankful that I found Dr. Zuzana Cerna and the Laderma clinic online. After ten years of considering a reduction, my experience was as welcoming, warm, professional and precise as I could have imagined. As a woman, it was amazing to go to a clinic where I was surrounded by professional women who understood my body and experience. The kindness and tenderness that the nurses, surgeons and organisers showed, made the whole experience so pleasant. The apartment was clean, large and allowed me to feel at home, with the added advantage of having the Dr. Cerna just down the hallway if I had any problems. Everything was explained so carefully. It was amazing. If anyone is considering a breast surgery, I could not recommend this clinic enough. It was amazing. Thank you!
I am writing this review in response to a treatment that I receive from Dr. Zuzana Cerna, I was so pleased to come to know this Doctor through google. Doctor Zuzana and her staff are excellent and very professional and the moment, I walked into their office, they have been so nice and caring and provided an excellent consultation and treatment to fix a an open would that I received overseas. I wish that I have known her and received the first treatment at this place. I would never and ever forget your kindness and the professional treatment you provided me in such a short notice. :)
I've been to the Laderma Clinic twice now (once for a breast lift and second time for implants) and cannot give enough praise to this amazing team. I recommend Laderma to anyone looking to get cosmetic surgery, and definitely would not hesitate to go back myself. Dr Cerna is a wonderful lady and a talented surgeon, and her team is equally as professional and fantastic. Clinic is always spotless and accommodation is spacious, clean and right next to the clinic should you have any issues. Would give the Laderma ladies nothing less then 5 stars, and thank them for their amazing work!
So I have just returned from Laderma following a breast enlargement. I was of course very scared and apprehensive about the whole thing. Coming from the UK alone was also a worry. I was very late arriving, 2am, Radana could not have been more helpful with this. When I arrived I was totally blown away by the service I received. Not only do I now have great breasts I've made some friends along the way. I can only 100% say that I would recommend Laderma to my closest friends and family. A first class setup from my first enquiry to now being at home 1 week after my surgery. Absolutely amazing. Sam.
I have been twice to Dr Cerna's clinic. The place is spotless, the treatment fantastic and Dr Zuzana is wonderful. I would go again without hesitation. I am so glad I went there rather than the UK
