Guys are real pros in what they are doing. Even the old iPhone 5 is like a new one :) no issue is the problem, truly.
Going for fixes on my MacBook Pro and all family iPhones here. Young staf, always polite, flexible, if they can, they will fix while you wait. Technically superb as well. When I did have problems with battery they installed one year earlier, replaced without discussion for new one for free. Solved difficulties when splitting apple account on devices. Reinstalled Mac with Windows. Summary - customer service on very unusual level these days with technical quality!

I booked repair week in advance, got confirmation and when I came exactly at thr appointment time, I got told they already sold out all the parts. I would expect at least a phone call canceling so I don’t have to waste my time going there, saying sorry after spending one hour travel there won’t help. I’m sure my review won’t have any impact on your customers, but work on your customer service, you wouldn’t also appreciate if it happens to you personally!
It’s never a pleasant situation when your laptop stops working. You know it’s going to be expensive and inconvenient and you feel kind of powerless. I’m really glad I chose to come here because not only were they super fast but they were really communicative and let you know your options step by step so you could decide how much you want to invest and how far you want to go. In the end they had to do quite a few things to fix the damage but it was done in 2 days and bundled together it cost 8500czk but my mackbook air works perfectly and is meticulously clean and will last me much longer than if I didn’t go to them. Great value for money overall
