The pharmacy itself is fine but the customer loyalty program is useless. I have asked repeatedly how to use the points that have accumulated on my account but nobody at Benu seems to know what they are for. Used to be you could use the points like cash and pay for your purchase or get a discount but no more. Go elsewhere!

I was standing in line for 10mn, the person in front of me got his order and left And then the pharmacist said she's closing the line and I need to go to the other line (5 people long). No apologies, not even a look. These people do not deserve any business whatsoever
The staff was unprofessional and rude. I was asking her for help and advice, instead she started saying really loudly ( so everybody could hear ) that I'm infectious and that I need to visit my doctor (it was weekend,therefore this option was not possible ). So yeah, thanks for nothing
The worst staff that I've ever seen, OTC pharmacist was confused and unprofessional. I dont recommend this pharmacy.
The flamboyant guy who works there is very rude and unprofessional.

Nedala by som ani jednu hviezdicku. Do lekarne som prisla nudzovo, cez vikend, ked bola vacsina lekarni zatvorena pretoze som potrebovala poradit s vyberom vhodneho pripravku na odlomenu nechtovu platnicku na ruke. Slo o nehodu, no nie je asi potrebne zdoraznovat, ze je to dost bolestive. Lekarnicka bola neprijemna a neochotna, vraj na to "nic nie je potrebne pouzit." Ked som Vasu pobocku navstivila predtym, obsluha bola slusna a normalna, no po vcerajsku som tam bola poslednykrat a po tejto skusenosti odporucam vsetkym sa tomuto miestu vyhnut.
