I had already second surgery at this clinic. First, i had open rhinoplasty couple of years ago and then liposuction last year. In both cases, i was very satisfied. Doctor, nurses and all the clinic staff were great, always found the best solution. My stay at the clinic was very comfortable, the food delicious and room cosy. I also bought the voucher for my mum for Christmas, so i hope she will decide soon and will have her upper eyelids done - she keeps talking about it for a long time.

Do not go here for Rhinoplasty! Payed over 2000 Euros for this.... Had my nose job done now almost 1 1/2 Year ago. Thought the nose would correct itself but hump on my nose remained. They just did a very very bad job. Do not let your impress of the communication and service (Thats really good) but the most important the surgery is not worth a penny and all the pain afterwards. I'm so dissapointed from Forme Clinic

I've just come back home to the uk after having a face and neck lift and upper eyelid blepharoplasty at the Formé clinic. Everything went well and I can't fault the clinic or the apartments at all, I'm also very happy with my results so far too but what I really want to say is how brilliant all the staff were. They really looked after me at what was such a very stressful time for me and kept reassuring me that everything would be ok and telling me not to worry. I'm so grateful for how they looked after me and I would like to say a big thank you especially to the lovely lady who took me to my taxi at 4am this morning and making me a cheese toastie to take with me

The clinic impressed me lot from the beginning. The staff communicated clearly and fast so i never waited too long for any reply. I was also booked for my surgery in few weeks what surprised me. Everything went well and I felt very good at Forme clinic. Thank you again for you care and hospitality.

I visited forme clinic for the second time on dec 18 2020 for a bullhorn lip lift.it was a wonderful experience as soon as I arrived at the beautiful plush new premises.the staff are lovely and as usual the surgeon and all the medical team were brilliant.the procedure although a small one has made a hugh difference to the whole lip area of my face.small lines around my lips have faded .my teeth are now visible when I smile.after the procedure my throat was very sore for a few hours ,this really was all the pain.the small scar is fading fast.i highly recommend this clinic and this procedure which cost seven times more in UK.think about going to see a wonderful city like prague and get the very best treatment for low low prices.you can't lose.

I recommend this place 1000x!!!! Everything was perfect! From the start of communication, they have been extremely helpful and kind. Day of arrival and accommodation at their apartments above the clinic was amazing! My husband and I were treated like friends all were very sweet and attentive. The rooms are very comfortable and super super clean. Day of the surgery went great! I had a breast augmentation and it’s day two and I feel amazing. Very little bruising! Just a lot of pressure. If I could give it 10 ️ I would. Dr. Krizko was such a gentleman and made me feel very comfortable. I felt like royalty. All the nurses were super sweet. Thank you for this great experience.

I underwent liposuction on my tummy earlier this year. It was good experience, dr. Baran was great and did his best. While I stayed at the clinic I got nice care from Forme clinic staff. Would visit you again.
