Excellent service. Went there for internet connection for my flat. The stuff was smart and helped me quickly. For all others, take your travel id and driving license with you when you wanna do the same

Terrible service. Waited for over two weeks for the internet to be connected and the tech was given the wrong address. He said we would have to wait and be contacted again by T-MOBILE.

All of the positive comments are written by employees or bots. Services for recharge do not work, therefore I can not recharge until my charging date. Therefore I will have to go to Vodafone point to re-apply my contract, loosing time from work. NO NUMBER YOU CAN CALL TO ACTUALLY SPEAK TO SUPPORT, all automatic responses in czech

First off, I've had the same problem with Vodafone for 2.5 years: they are supposed to get the money out of my account automatically but it never worked. They blame the bank, the bank says they never even tried and all data was correct in their system. Vodafone customer service would investigate but never called back or fixed it. Also cancelling Vodafone is nearly impossible. I went to the store, asked them to cancel it but you have to get called back by an annoying retention department, who then doesn't want to cancel your account because you don't have your PIN anymore. What ever happened to verifiying by personal data such as birth date? So I had to go back to the Vodafone store to get my PIN and reset my password and again made another appointment for the retention department to call me back, which you already guessed: never happened. They did have the nerve to send the next bill to my new phone number! Not accepting any more nonsense, I went to their store and got the subscription cancelled within 15 minutes. The trick? Shouting and swearing in a store full of customers and refusing to leave until your problem got solved. If Vodafone thinks this is the way to keep customers, they have a lot to learn about service delivery.

They have no phone # or email address to reach if you have a problem. A nightmare of a company. Avoid at all costs especially if you're an expat. They will screw you over. I never received any invoice, and so paid my first bill late. They charged me 1500czk fines for this, and told me I need to visit their head office to discuss it (which is outside of Prague).
