Mediocre client approach and overall experiencr. It really depends on the mood of technician who is assigned to check your car. What is beyond my comprehension is the waiting time. I guess it is the result of staff shortage but still, dont tell me that you are not able to find and hire new workers. Also, they do not enable to submit online reservation, so you may wait a long time, perhaps even a half of the day.

Easy and relatively fast procedure for STK even for non Czech speaker.
Reliable place to get the technical permit (STK) to drive your car in the Czech Republic.
For a normal service of technical inspection and emmision was needed 2 hrs. There was only 20 min to waiting and without appointment. In the reception they speak a little English.
