Great, healthy food for the person looking for a quick lunch. One of my consistent places to eat while in Prague. Salads are varied in selection and filling in size. Soups change daily, and are excellent, as are the wraps. Staff is efficient but friendly - a rare combination. Highly recommended place!

Warm farmer's wrap with grilled peppers shouldn't be cold. Same with fried potatoes. I bought my food to go and waited for quite a while so I don't think time was the issue. Also the staff blatantly ignored me couple of times after they've seen me, but it looked like their conversation was more important to them than serving customers. Do not recommend.
Totally different Ugo then I know from other parts. They give you half of the meal then usually and brings you food but for drink you have to go and pick it up yourself. I don’t see it as a nice thing about this restaurant. The best Ugo is in street call Vodickova. So if you want nice experience with this restaurant go better there.
This place was fine for the first month after their opening. Now, the portions of vegetables and meat are much smaller. No longer worth the price.
What a joke this branch is. Lines stretching all over the place even thought it is happening every single day. What about learning from that mistake, hmm? What about hiring an extra personnel? What about opening another cash desk? The salads are big overpriced nothing and the fresh juices and smoothins are repeatedly below the 0,5l mark. But what really struck me down the other day was the fact, not being served at all. They claim that they are open till 21:30 but if you stop by at 20:50 and you order a smoothie or a fresh, you wont get it. And the explanation to the customer? None They just plainly tell you that the shakers are already being cleaned up. No notice, no apologies, no nothing. If I applied those rules in my business, I could close it down right away.

Zatial najhorsia Ugo Salateria v akej som bol. Zla, pomala obsluha. Objednal som si menu za 195, najprv mi doniesli hlavne jedlo a potom na moj dotaz, kde mam polievku a limonadu sa pozreli na blocek, co som si vlastne objednal a potom podla toho mi doniesli limonadu a az potom polievku.. Jedlo je taktiez o kategoriu nizsie ako v inych pobockach. Navyse som mal v jedle kost! Sklamanie.
Tak tohle byl vážně zážitek za všechny prachy, takové zhoršení v kvalitě jsem neočekával. Další návštěvu určitě neee. V polévce chlup, ok to se dá pochopit, ale studené a vysušené maso na salátu, a když kousnete do brambory tak vám mezi zuby skřípe písek. (Chodov)
