Getting tired of this service. I use them for my clients from abroad, but just how many times they screwed my order. I'm now very annoyed when I hear taxi didn't come, or taxi calling me from different street that my client is not there but actually taxi is at the wrong place etc. Few times they took my client to a different clinic than I ordered. Unbelievable. Just today client waiting at a hotel to be collected, but taxi in a completely different street telling me there is no such hotel. Man! I checked my order online and the street and the correct hotel was clearly stated in my order. Why on earth the taxi is in a different street I cannot comprehend. So much trouble. I first thought how great you can order online and they send you confirmation. I'll look for a different company now as I cant afford to deal with this so often. Shame.

Taxi should have polite drivers and not someone who is insulting the customers and their spouses.
Whatever you do, do NOT get in a Profi Taxi. After my phone died, I was forced to in order to make it back to my apartment for a work call. The ride was a SEVEN MINUTE RIDE. As I pulled up to my apartment, the driver, who up until then had been very friendly, said that the ride was 1500 CZK, which is 60 USD. For our traffic-free ride, he wanted to charge me nearly 10 per MINUTE. Do not get in a taxi. I hear AAA is ok, but just use Uber. Profi is just a bunch of crooks.
5 times the price of Uber. NEVER use them. Absolute ripoff.

Jezdila jsem minimálně 20let s touto službou a to jen proto, že jsem si pamatovala číslo a celkem jsem byla spokojená, až tady na výrazně měnící se ceny za stejnou trasu. Rozhodla jsem se poté, co jsem v taxi nechala diář s kontakty, který mi nebyl navrácen. Volala po 20 minutách zjištění. Řidič nebere telefon a už se mi nikdo neozval. Nevěřím, ztráta důvěry
neznam.
Včera jsem jela novou službou Smart Bus od ProfiMobility a jsem nadšená. Skvělá služba.
