If you buy a brand new Citroen as I have please do not expect to receive any level of customer service. The cars are good but the people working behind the brand as authorised representatives have absolutely no interest in providing you with a good experience. If you have any concerns do not ask for help, if you expect resolution to your concerns be prepared for the long hall and do not expect that the outcome will be even somewhat satisfactory. I had my new car fixed, the car was fixed to a substandard level - when they replaced the door panel with a new one, they left out several elements and just by chance I noticed the door felt lighter than the rest of them. Each person I spoke to did not see any issue with my car being patched up in such a manner, I believe Citroen thinks this is the norm. I was even told 'In 15 years that I've worked here no one has ever knocked on the doors' meaning it was my fault that I found the fault. I ended up visiting, no lie, 10 times and still today my car is not where it needs to be. The car is awesome and if you buy one make sure to wrap it in bubble wrap because if you have any issue be prepared that Citroen welcomes you with their backs turned. Especially the sad arrogant rude people I have dealt with, which has been almost 95% of you - you know who you are. Completely disappointed.

Absolutní zoufalci!! To co předvádí importér C P společně se svojí sítí dealerů nechtějte zažít. Sám jezdím v C cca 20 let, máme ale i P. U nového auta vám neobjednají požadovanou barvu, auto nejsou schopni lokalizovat do čj ani po čtyřech servisech, poslední záruční servis korunovali, když výměna hadičky k nádržce ostřikovačů trvala cca 2 měsíce protože ji musel dealer objednat. Jakmile auto koupíte jste v pasti, dealer se odvolává na importéra, ten na dealera, ale oběma jste vlastně ukradení. Za vyjádření názoru jste osočováni. Na výzvu k setkání s představitelem importéra nereagují. Jestli můžete kupte cokoliv jiného, tohle je těžký socialismus ... Přidávám chat s importérem z 190902, který ukončili po mém dotazu na příjmení diskutujícího ...
Super ochotní, co jsem si domluvil tak platí.Perfektni přístup k zákazníkovi. Mohu doporučit.
Zákaznická podpora značky mi s problémem nepomohla. Mám si to prý zjistit sám u obchodníka.
