I like UGO in general, most of branches are kind and nice. but this one, here in Pankrac...oh my god. horrible service. there is one woman in particular, a bit mature than the teenagers that work there usually (I would say her age is around 36-40) and she is absolutely horrible person. impacient, grumpy, sour face like she want to die and not work. Every time I go there I wish that I won't see her face, but she is there all the time. she needs to get fired as soon as possible, she is not the face that UGO wants in their branches.
Comming there almost every day. The best UGO branch in Prague. The portions are larger than in other branches, no plastic cutlery. Everyone is nice and polite. This is my favorite UGO salatery so far. Thanks to all employees for their work and attitude.
Food is good, but what a mess! Waiters lost on their orders, 8 people eating and at least 6 people working and front house were completely lost, the tables were disgusting and full of plates and everyone had to leave leaving the dirt on the table as selves to put empty plates were full. At least we had free soups because of their confusion
I love UGO, they have very tasty soups and salads. I also like their UGO wraps and smoothies. The quality of food and drinks is always high, and it is great that you have a chain of these places in Prague aimed at healthy eating. This salad bar in Arkady Pankrac shopping mall is quite small, but in the weekend you can usually find a place.
Quite ok. But the portions are small and there is a bit chaos.
Bit so much tasty food without meat, and quite expensive.
The chia pudding wasn't that tasty, unfortunately it didn't had a unique taste. The mixed kiwi & spinach topping with the almonds was quitebhood, but a bit too sour for my tongue. However, friendly staff, good price & a healthy snack.
