Food is delicious! Very easy to make a reservation online, waiters are very kind and always make sure everything is okay. Soups are very good. I would recommend to everyone that enjoys well made ribs with Jack Daniels sous, can't find better in other restaurants. Can only recommend it!

Underwhelming. A total disappointment. Staff cordial but bland service, food neglected and tasteless. We should have gone to the Hard rock cafe! Left an aftertaste of wasted money. Very sad.
The food is slightly above average but the drinks are really good. There is a lovely bartender, with glasses, always wearing a hat, he always serves with a big smile. That's something you don't see often in czech republic, hence 5 stars.
Our waiter was off the charts friendly and courteous. The food was delicious and I wish my stomach was bigger. The drinks are completely delicious. Wonderful time and missing it now.
Amazing burgers, steaks and cocktails. Best buffalo wings in town - authentic American cuisine! One of my all time favourite places to eat.
Food is overpriced compared to the quality that you get - you can easily find high-quality American food and pay 30-40% less elsewhere in Prague. The service may be friendlier than in most places but I'm here for the food, not the doting waiters.
Very good burger but for higher price. Burger was from lunch menu for 195 CZK which is an OK price for it, but for the full price outside lunch menu it is too much for me (300czk?)
Avoid this particular branch, the servers are very unfriendly and unwelcoming towards tourists in particular, poor quality and overpriced food and very slow service
