Contacted recently to ask for details about a car on sale. The car itself cost 40% above than similar cars in same mileage and conditions. Asked because I expected this car to be serviced and to have parts replaced according this mileage. They never answered me. Seems this car dealer do not respect the customers. I don't have a reason to use this service in the future, and will be avoided.

I looked for a new car for my wife. I want there 2 times. Apart from one guy in the Kia desk, the sales people in Suzuki and Subaru were useless and lazy. Completely lack of motivation to sale. I guess if the owner would know who are his sales people, most of them wouldn't be there...
You buy a car for cash and you’re their favourite customer. Nothing is too good for you. Then you bring it in for servicing and tyre changes and you realise they offer the absolute worst service of any dealer I’ve ever known. Expect to wait far beyond your appointment to be spoken to, and wait for hours for jobs that take 5 minutes to carry out. I am constantly reminded of what a good thing it is I bought my car elsewhere, it’s just a pity that I bought my wife’s here and that she won’t do these things herself. Do not, I repeat do not, buy a car here.
Flattened our tire (KIA Picanto). Unfortunately they couldnt help us out either. Fluent english speaking salesman was kind enough to call a trustworthy dealer close by to make sure we wouldnt get disappointed again. (Visited 3 garages already..) Our little roadtrip was only delayed by 3 hours but could have been 3 day if not for this salesman. Thanks!!
