Very profesional and helpful. In mobil pohotovost they were very rude and unwilling to even fix my phone, saying that they don't have the parts. Here the employee was very friendly. She found out right away if they have the parts and called back. The battery change and cleaning was done in an hour for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend.

The name is quite an irony. Absolutely insane how bad the whole thing works. Brought my iPhone X to replace a broken display. In total it costed me 7000 kc. As I picked up my phone from the service I have noticed a tiny black spot at the corner of the new display. I thought that it's probably nothing and just went with it. within two weeks the spot was getting bigger and within a month the display also just fell out...I brought it back to the service wanting them to correct their mistake however, they said that they will not consider this as their fault and that I will have to pay again for a completely new display. I don't think I was as disappointed at any service as at this one. I never write bad reviews but this awful experience with iLove service has to be noticed. Whoever is thinking about going there....please don't. It's not worth it and they will only steal your money. I hope this review will prevent others from having such a miserable experience.

iLoveServis helped resolve a year long problem I had: not being able to connect my iphone 6 with my Macbook Pro in order to upload my phone's photos to iphotos on my mac. Not only did they resolve the problem, (upgraded my Macbook software), but were prepared to back up all of my photos in case something went wrong. I especially want to thank Katka for her professional and most helpful approach. Not only did she re-assure me that she and her team will help resolve my issue, but was patient with me even though the task needed to be done and carried out the next day. I am very grateful for having such dedicated people still available and capable to help when one cannot resolve the issue at home on their own. I thank the whole team for a job well done!!
