Bad service and repair costs too high. We called in advance to talk about the car's problem and the man said it could be completed that day. I left the car there for two days and they didn't call us until we called back to ask about the car. We finally got the car back because the cost was too high. And of course we had to pay 1000kc for the inspection service and there was no repair. We do not recommend coming here

After having explained to the office that the AC was not cooling, I ordered the service at CZK 790 to see if the refridgerent needing refilling. The technician said there was still some remaining and proceeded to refill. After completion, approximately 10 minutes, the AC still did not work and I was charged CZK1620 with no valid explanation that I can assertain. I was prepared for CZK 790 as there was a chance filling it up might work but to be charged double with no result is a rip off.

Za mě bohužel nespokojen. 14 dní jsem čekal na opravu chladiče, poté jsem musel volat jak to s ním vypadá. Technik mi řekl že je tam oprava cca 2000-2500. Což je vyšší cena než nový chladič. Zakázka se tedy stornovala bylo mi naučtovano 200 asi za tlakování. Chladič jsem dovezl jinam opraveno za 250 Kč na počkání.
Vždy vlídný a věcný přístup. Servis prováděný k naprosté spokojenosti :-)
Tento servis ne respektuje objednání termín pro klienty. Měl jsem objednáno na 8-9 hodin rána. A oni ho ne prohlédli do poledne. A v odpoledne potřebuji auto na dopravu na pracovišti
