A very angry lady refused to explain anything to me and when I had follow up questions she got even more feisty and grumpy. So I decided to take my car elsewhere with the hope of dealing with someone more professional.

There would be some good points about this place, as it was suggested to me by a good friend who has dealt with a nice employee, so I must have been particularly unlucky because I had the worst possible experience. Not because I can't speak Czech, since I had to return a second time with my Czech partner. The employee refuses give basic information or explain anything and that is the job of who works in such offices. The one test (out of two) that they managed to perform was wrong, so they had to refund me. Something that should normally take an hour took me three days.
Failed my technical test without telling me becuase I didn't take off the hub caps before I went there. Very petty and I would have just paid for their help if they asked me, I didn't have any tools.
Service was quick, cheap and friendly, although not being able to pay by card was an inconvenience

I took an appointment by phone 2 weeks in advance asking if they can control my foreign car (french car). The lady on the phone is rude but says yes. On the day of the technical control she tells me they don't do foreign cars and fakes to not understand what I say when I ask for explanations. Just don't go to this control station.
