Very impressed. Easy to order and pay online. Used phone for my ticket. Comfortable seats. Free movies and headsets. They provided cappuccino, coffee or hot chocolate. The driver was safe and courteous. I even used the WC onboard, and it wasn’t bad. I would choose this again anytime, and will for the next leg of this journey.
Price was so affordable compared to the bus the time we decided to use the train. It was from Prague to Vienna. Service was super. The crew was friendly enough. They gave you water en hot drinks/apple/orange juice as part of the service/free. The train itself was clean n comfy n well equiped.
From Prague to Karlovy Vary - a total disaster. Gloomy ride on an average of 50 km/h with a very unpleasant driver who couldn't care less. No beverages whatsoever and a delay of over half an hour. Where do all the superlatives come from? * update: on the way back a newer bus and smoother drive but still no beverages as promised. Also in both directions a few stops on the way were made which had never been mentioned in the reservation process.
Humble service facility of a pioneer private train company RegioJet. Here is where their coaches are cleaned, loaded with catering, staff is replaced etc. Given the austere facilities it is even more amazing that they provide such great service, far surpassing the state railways with billions of tax money poured into them by the government. The facilities will have to move around 2019 since the redevelopment of the station and surrounding brownfield has started.
It is really best train service in Europe, decent, Nice, Good service, all is well

Využívám vlak a mohu říct, že na české poměry v poměru cena/služby velice kvalitní dopravce. Personál je kvalitně proškolený a profesionální, vozy si drží dobrou kvalitu, samozřejmě mohou být novější a komfortnější, ale služby to dorovnávají.
