The sauna itself was above standard and I really enjoyed it. However, the place gets only one star for the rude, arrogant receptionist, whose behavior ruined what could have otherwise been a great experience. Every simple question was answered in condescending and cynical manners. Neither recommend nor plan to comeback.

Not bad, but too many people and the hygiene is not the best. Especially cold pool smells like a hell with sweat. Really disgusting.

We use to go there weekly, showing as document the "lítaćka" (Transport), a day we found the manager who didn't let in because she needed the passport...??!!! To get in a Sauna ... By the way in all chain of Saunia we still show "lítaćka" to get in without any problems!

My favourite sauna place. I highly recommend it. 5 different types of sauna and a steam room, 3 different cooling methods, and various ceremonies. And unlike many sauna places, it has separate changing rooms for men and women. Nice for those of us who like a little more privacy.

One of the best sauna in Prague! I hope that your visit would make you happy, the same way as me. Also, make sure that you visit during the week, as on the weekend there is amount of people. There are various saunas, with different temperatures as almost 100 decrease and less. I would highly recommend the herbal sauna, I think that it is one of the best ones. Please, enjoy it.
