Pluses of this dorm - 1) location, close to the center 2) transport - 3 minutes to the tram station and 3 min by tram to metro 3) dorm completely new with all stuff Minuses - 1) value for money - price is too high for this type accommodation 8500 kč for double room and one bedroom 10500 kč ( and you will be live like on a kitchen). Even for Prague it's too high price. 2) it seems like this dorm only for Chinese, because I felt my self like in China town, everything dirty, kitchen, bathroom and toilets. All time you hearing like somebody spitting, always noisy. On my froor lived 10 Chinese and 5 Europeans (I have nothing against China and Chinese in the real life but if we talk about accommodation - it always dirty and nosy) 3) noise proofing is awful I do not recommended this dorm for living.

I like this place because it is news. But this is not important at all. What is important is about payment. I have a bad experience with this dorm. So disappointed. Actually, I have made the full payment and everything! Totally EVERYTHING! I have proof! But I dont understand why I still have more unpaid balance. And the staff who asked me to pay made the mistake about payment as well. Also, they charged a very bad exchange rate. I live here without peaceful. And they have a very bad rule for the students. So strict! They might think that students are people who can make money! And it is hard to get the student visa to Czech Republic. But this dotmitory forced me to check in as soon as possible while i have not getting my visa yet. They dont understand us. They just depend on their rule. And the rule is so complicate to understand. Not only me experienced this, all of my roommates and friends also experienced this as well. Messege to the dorm, please be more professional on working and keeping integrity because the students do not have a lots of money, please understand us. :) One word for this experience: \Disappointed
