I've been purchasing a long time in this store, they have good vape liquids and mostly reasonable price. However I purchased a battery that turned out to be bad, the charger broke, without me doing anything wrong. But so far I can say it's a great shop for vape stuff.

The worst salespeople work here. I came in here looking to buy a new vape. I entered the shop on Thursday 31st May excited and waiting to see who will be fighting for the sale and my attention. I entered the shop, no one smiled at me. There was a woman and a man and I asked if anyone spoke English. The women frowned and pointed to the man who signed and got annoyed. As a customer I was so embarrassed at this point. I showed the man my previous vape and asked if he could recommend something for me. He was the worst salesman ever. He said he didn't know and when I asked him for help to show me the vapes he had, he just pointed at the walls so eventually I showed myself around...he was no help at all. Then when I tried to pay for the vape, I wanted to pay half cash and half with card and he said to me just \No\. He didn't say sorry, but I don't know how to do that, or sorry but unfortunately our machines can't do that. He didn't even smile at me. He just looked at me angrily, like how dare I suggest this option, and said no. I even tried to understand again, and he still just shook his head and said no. I paid all in cash and got my vape but it was the worst experience ever. I felt embarrassed, angry, annoyed and sad that I had so easily departed with all that money. And after all that, I used one of my rechargeable batteries to try a model, and the shop kept my own rechargeable battery. Mind you, the shop is good, lots of equipment, good vapes and flavors. But the staff make you feel more unwelcome and uncomfortable than a rough night on the streets during winter time.
