I saw him as a hero when he replace my Sony Screen! Imagine no cellphone during Covid time and yet he came to my place picked the disabled baby that was my broken phone and came back within an hour with a fully working device. Nice guy thank you Joe
I had an amazing experience with Joe. I called in with an issue and he took the computer the very same day. 3 hours later the issue was fixed. Friendly service and very reasonable prices. Highly recommend!!
It was a great experience! Clean, on time, professional service. We talked in English and my laptop was repaired in front of me with clear explanations provided. It's great that he came to our flat, so we saved some time and got it done in the same day!
I was so lucky to find Joe when my computer got stuck in a reboot loop after an unsuccessful update. he took my pc into parts, explained everything while fixing it and, i didn't think i could ever say that for such situation, but - it actually turned out to be fun! Joe is such a warm-hearted, intelligent, humorous and kind person! super professional and trustworthy! A TRUE HERO! i am in awe of his skills, forever grateful for all the help and i would recommend his services to everyone any day! EXCELLENT!!
I had an issue with my Surface Pro - it basically bricked because it wasn't accepting a charge. It was out of warranty and after trying most of the online suggestions, I decided to find someone to help me. Joe Fix came to my house, tried some things and then took it with him. Within 24 hours he had it back to me more or less functional while we wait for the defective part. I found him very knowledgeable, creative and willing to accommodate the client needs. And, his prices are VERY reasonable.
