As a child, I had an accident which left me with many dental issues. Growing up, I spent many years going to various dentists to find the best professional care and service. 20 years later, in Prague, I was fortunate enough to come across the dSmile - Dental Media Group. I highly recommend the services provided to all my friends and family; they have amazing and friendly staff and the best Doctors who honestly care about their patient and their unique needs. For me, It was such a great, and outstanding time spent with them. Not to mention, the fantastic and talented Dr Alexander did the impossible and correct all my dental issues and finally eliminated dentists' fear. Overall very nice experience, eventhough I am really anxious to undergo a dentist procedure I am really happy I chose DSMILE CLINIC. I went through analgosedation I have to admit that I felt no pain and didn't even remember anything. I woke up after everything was over. Doctor Michael Livshyts is really nice and kind and takes a really good care of his patients, walks you through what is going to happen and explains all in an understandable manner.

Excellent service! They make 3 D X-ray of your teeth not like other modern clinics which do 2 D X-rays with the same device but with different program. 3 D photo clears all the confusion whether to try to save the dead tooth or to extract it. If you want a clear answer go right to this clinic. I spent money and time not to speak about unnecessary pain visiting 3 different clinics (all modern) to try to treat my root canals only to find out in DSmile that there was no chance to save it (I saw it myself looking at the 3 D photo). They use microscope for every procedure so you can be sure they SEE what they do. You cannot imagine how important that is unless you have experienced other treatments with dentists who just try to imagine things. They speak very good English and explain you everything what they do so you feel very comfortable all of the time. And there is no clumsiness whatsoever what again, I encountered in some places. Thank you! Keep up your high level of service.
When it came to time to do dental implants I spent quite a lot time on the Internet to find a decent clinic in Prague. Dsmile was one of those clinics I selected. After reading reviews I decided to make an appointment for a consultation. Well, when things have done, now I one of those satisfied customers who is writing 5 start review here. I am quite happy how work has done by MUDr. Michal and his team. If you search good ratio quality - reasonable price I recommend to come to here. Probably, my review can help somebody to make decision and save time on googling :).
I am an American and a retired dental assistant. I did extensive research in America, Colombia, Switzerland and Czech Republic for dentists who could do a complete upper jaw in implants to my full satisfaction. Knowledge, experience, top of the line implant materials, the best modern equipment and costs were all equally important. dSmile in Prague, CZ and Dr. Michel Livshyts won hands down! His perfectionism and patient care as well as follow-ups were superb. The cost of travel, two weeks room and board and all dental services were five times less than the costs in America! Kudos to the entire office of dSmile and thank you from the bottom of my heart! My smile is beautiful and has changed my life!
Very good dentist clinic. I recommend especially for people who wants to use a general anesthesia. In this clinic, dr. Michael, who speaks very good english, installed 5 implants that change my look significantly. I could not choose any better clinic in Prague other than dSmile.
