I haven't visited yet but the customer service on the phone has been very unpleasant :( It is impossible to get anybody from visa department to talk to, I've been trying for a week. Eventually talked to front office who transferred my call and left me waiting on hold forever. I called again, they put me on hold. Unbelievable :(

The worst customer service I have seen in an embassy, really bad attitude from the ladies who need to attend you, plus only ONE speaks English and if you are lucky to get to \czech speaking\ window then you need to wait extra time till the lady who speak English can help you, which is unacceptable as Chinese Embassy is Chinese territory how is it possible that you have people in the customer service who doesn't speak English.

朋友周六晚从维也纳来布拉格火车上护照被偷，周一早上来办理加急通行证。提前一个半小时来排到了最前面（人不是很多9:00开门前大概有10人）。工作人员态度很好，最好提前准备好：标准护照照片3张（使馆附近五分钟路程可照）身份证复印件 护照页复印件，加急需要支付克朗现金（十几分钟路程）；我们全程两个小时领到了通行证。
